Mahaanui Quarters Farmstay

The Quarters

Our Mahaanui Quarters is a self-contained, private, simple accommodation. Great for large groups!

With 2 bedrooms (1 twin and 1 bunk-style) and 2 showers, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 people in own beds.

Amenities Include:

  • WiFi.
  • Freeview TV, DVD player and speaker.
  • Outdoor parking.
  • Children welcome - high chair and porta-cot available.
  • Pets are allowed - with approval prior to arrival.
  • Washing machine.
  • Wood-burner and heaters.
  • Outdoor BBQ.
  • Kayaks and life jackets

The kitchen is well equipped and has basic cooking provisions such as flour sugar, tea, coffee, spices, oil but you will have to bring all your other food provisions with you as the nearest shops are in Gisborne / Wairoa.

Special Conditions

  • No smoking inside – however, you may smoke outside.
    Pets are allowed - with approval prior to arrival.
  • The Quarters has a small, fenced BBQ surround, however, outside the gate there are normal farm hazards such as dams / streams / water tanks / farm tracks etc.
  • Caution and supervision of children at all times is required.
  • Off road motorbikes and horses are allowed with prior agreement. Stables can be provided.
  • No extra guests are permitted without prior agreement.
